Abstract:
This present work disposes to explore the fits and the practicals implications of the autonomous antecipated production of proofs on the Labor Justice menagement in order to test the hypothesis that the autonomous antecipated production of proofs on the Labor Justice menagement by the employee contributes for the mitigation of his vulnerability by proposing the knowlegde of information and technique by swift and economic procedier and among others objectives, above all, fosters the debate about this theme. For this purpose, approach as provided in CPC about this matter, bringing closer the doctrinaire divergences and exposing the general rule. For this purpose, it is used the legal-theoretical line of research, with the conceptual and practical aspects of the theme. Lastly, it concludes that from the moment that the ordering creates a procedier able to promote the employee better conditions of negociation, definitions of proceedual strategies and knowledge about inherent technical aspects to provision of services while reduces the risks and damages of litigation, having the possibility of mitigating vulnerability of the employee in the relationship context about the employment throught the autonomous antecipated production of proofs on menagement.
