Resumo:
This Technical-Technological Proposal (PTT) is the result of the Intervention Project (PI) developed within the scope of the Professional Master’s Degree in Education, linked to the Graduate Program in Curriculum, Languages, and Pedagogical Innovations. Entitled "Implications of the Professional Master's Degree in Education for the Training of Technical-Administrative Staff at IFES-ES: Collaborative Monitoring the Graduates of Class 04 (2021) PPGCLIP-MPED", the research aimed to understand the educational impact of the professional master’s program on the training of federal technical-administrative staff at the Federal Institute of Espírito Santo (IFES). Based on the survey and analysis of the documents guiding the program’s pedagogical proposal, the mapping of intervention projects completed by the TAEs from Class 04 (2021) of the PPGCLIP-MPED, and the semi-structured interviews conducted with the research participants, this PTT was developed to propose a collaborative monitoring process for graduates from partnerships established by IFES for the implementation of Interinstitutional Master's and Doctoral Programs (Minter and Dinter). The purpose is to monitor the implementation of the PTTs developed by the graduates of these programs, as well as to observe the impact of stricto sensu graduate education on the professional and personal development of technical-administrative educational staff (TAEs). Thus, this proposal suggests the creation of a Permanent Graduate Monitoring Committee, along with the development of a tool that provides visibility to the projects carried out and fosters more effective communication with the graduates.
