Resumo:
This Technical-Technological Production (TTP) called “We are all different” is part of
the research “Inclusion at IFES Linhares: beyond the classroom” of the Postgraduate
Program in Curriculum, Languages and Pedagogical Innovations of the Faculty of
Education - Federal University of Bahia, and was based on the results of the data
collected during the research. The aim of building this TTP is to contribute to ensuring
that information on inclusive education is provided to administrative staff and
outsourced professionals at the institution where the research was conducted. Even
though the duties of these workers are not directly connected to the teaching/learning
process, the importance of the activities they develop and their presence within the
school environment cannot be ignored, and involving them in such pertinent issues is
essential if all school environments are to operate from an inclusive perspective.
Therefore, in order to ensure that the information doesn't become exhausting and
uninteresting, we decided to develop informative material in a cartoon format, due to
its dynamism and objectivity, where text and image are related and complement each
other, providing the reader with knowledge and also a moment of enjoyment. It is
expected that this TTP will help administrative technicians and outsourced
professionals at IFES Linhares to improve their knowledge of inclusive education,
helping them in their work at school and in society.
