Resumo:
The central idea of this study is the knowledge of administrative and outsourced
professionals about inclusion, and it was developed by employing a qualitative case
study. The aim of the study is to comprehend the perception of administrative
technicians and outsourced professionals working at the IFES Linhares Campus about
inclusive education. The research was conducted using questionnaires and interviews
as instruments for collecting data. The questionnaires were organized via google forms
and shared with participants by email and sent via the WhatsApp messaging
application, so that all administrative technicians and outsourced professionals on
campus had the opportunity to participate, and the interview was focused on the
campus NAPNE coordinator, addressing the organization and performance of the
center in relation to the care and monitoring of students who need support for the
development of learning. All the responses were analyzed and used as a basis for the
construction of the Technical-Technological Production, which was the preparation of
an informative material, organized and built along the lines of cartoon to provide
information in a more entertaining way. The aim of this production is to promote
ensuring that inclusion goes beyond the classroom and reaches all the professionals
at the Linhares campus, becoming effective in all areas of the school and in society.
