Resumo:
The present academic research work critically analyse the transformations and
omissions triggered by the law 13.840/2019, known as the new drug law, wich
remodels the 2006 drug law, and pertinent others to dispose about National Public
Politics Sistem for drugs and atention to drug users or dependents to discuss the
funding of the drugs politics. The study approaches under the perspective of the
treatment mesure called involuntary commitment, under the light of the Fundamental
Rights Theory, highlighting the necessity of efective jurisdicional control and especial
atention to avoid the setback of social rights concerned mental health already
conquered
