A discussão trará um panorama desde o início do Processo Lava-Jato até que um corte temporal se faz necessário para nos levar ao cerne da Operação Aletheia e seus desdobramentos que deixarão suas marcas na história jurídico-política brasileira, ao decorrer da pesquisa seus capítulos trazem de forma sistemática os fatos, em contra ponto a doutrina, os documentos jurídicos que se fazem necessários para dar uma visão jurídica depurando as informações trazidas pela cobertura midiática que fomentaram opiniões contrárias ao governo da época e manipularam os mais desatentos

is, the 24th phase of the Lava-Jato Process, which has so much disturbed the Brazilian nation, Brazilian law and the Criminal Procedure.
