A importância da família na ressocialização de adolescentes em conflito com a lei

Abstract

O presente trabalho monográfico dedica-se a destacar a contribuição do núcleo familiar dentro do processo de ressocialização dos(as) adolescentes que praticaram condutas definidas como atos infracionais. Foi utilizada como técnica de pesquisa a pesquisa bibliográfica. A reflexão a respeito da separação familiar dos(as) socioeducandos(as) possibilitou a análise da (in)eficácia dos poderes responsáveis pelo processo de ressocialização e confirmou a necessidade de apoio aos familiares dos(as) socioeducandos (as), partindo-se da compreensão que a cidadania do(a) adolescente não pode ser efetivada se não compartilhada com sua família.

The present monographic work is dedicated to highlight the contribution of the family nucleus within the process of resocialization of the adolescents who practiced behaviors defined as infractional acts. Bibliographic research was used as a research technique. The reflection on the separation of the family members of the socioeducated people made it possible to analyze the (in) effectiveness of the powers responsible for the resocialization process and confirmed the need to support the families of the socio-educated, of the understanding that the citizenship of the adolescent can not be realized if not shared with his family.
