Resumo:
This Intervention Project Proposal, titled "Theater Teaching as a Staging Proposal in Public Schools," primarily aimed to foster the re-signification of pedagogical practices within a collaborative and collective context. This Technical-Tecnological Product is intended to create pathways for enjoyment, collective creation, and discussion about Theater in Education, approaching theatrical staging in the school environment as a possibility for teaching within the educational process. The proposal to unite scenic creation with learning is pertinent, since Theater is learned by doing. Based on this premise, the study sought to investigate the processes of teaching, learning, and fostering Theater action through theatrical creation and staging. This staging proposal demonstrates that Theater is not averse to formative, social, and citizenship practices, maintaining its connections in sensitive formation mediated by artistic, social, political, and cultural languages in the school setting, specifically at Escola Municipal Zumbi dos Palmares. The integration among Education, Theater, and Citizenship is presented as a possibility for learning in the social locus of the public school, stemming from the belief that staging and teaching aim to strengthen the right of children, adolescents, and adults to participate in theatrical practices that enable their full and integral development.
