Resumo:
This work presents the Intervention Project (PI - Projeto de Intervenção) developed in the context of the Professional Master's in Education program, linked to the Graduate Program in Curriculum, Languages, and Pedagogical Innovations. The project's main objective is to design an essentially free software solution to mitigate the lack of interoperability between data record systems in the academic secretariats (SA - Secretarias Acadêmicas) of Ifes. Based on the experiences of the researcher in this workplace and the demands identified by empirical research, which involved 48 professionals working in the academic secretariats of 22 Ifes campuses, an innovative Technical-Technological Product (PTT - Produção Técnico-Tecnológica) was structured: a proposal for developing an integrated academic management system for Ifes. This proposal encompasses the survey and selection of the necessary free technologies for its implementation, a general overview with the system's scope and requirements, a software prototype with images and descriptions of some of its modules, as well as an estimate of resources and possibilities for deployment. It is concluded that the best option for implementing the project would be through hackathons, as these collaborative processes promote co-creation, collective intelligence, local culture and technological development, in addition to our digital sovereignty.
