Abstract

Understand the relationship between the educational community and the Political Pedagogical Project for the construction of an educational proposal that promotes education linked to life and the search for meaning was my main objective when developing the intervention research. This resulted in this Technical-Technological Production developed within the scope of the Professional Master's Degree in Education at the Federal University of Bahia. The theme isfocused on the training of in-service teachers, based, in a multi-referential way, on an education linked to life and promoting the search for meaning, based on studies of Viktor Frankl's anthropological approach, establishing a dialogue with other authors who discuss the theme. This technical-technological production will be applied, initially at the school where the research was developed, and may be extended to other units in the state network of Bahia. The technical-techological production resulting from the research outlines guidelines and directions for actions that become part of the Pedagogical Political Project with the intention of guaranteeing a training space for teachers in the pedagogical and administrative dimensions, based on an education linked to life and promoting the search of senses.
