A regulação do trabalho em plataformas digitais no Brasil: revisão bibliográfica

Abstract

This research brings the debate about the regulation of work on digital platforms, the legal feasibility of recognizing the employment relationship between workers and platforms, the discussion about the legal nature of companies and the demands for protection and guarantee of rights for platform workers. The investigative method used was the bibliographic review, especially consultations with specialized academic production, scientific articles, doctoral and master's theses. The general objective was to systematize the arguments presented by the doctrine, contribute to the construction of a general overview of the current state of development of the debate and identify the majority understanding among researchers. In the end, it was concluded that the predominant position of the doctrine is for the recognition of the employment relationship between workers and digital platforms, with, however, divergences that point towards the need to carry out legislative reforms, despite there being unanimity on the non-observance of guarantees and minimum rights of workers.
