As prática de uso das TIC na escola que se constituem como iniciativas inovadoras

Abstract

O objetivo desta pesquisa foi compreender os processos que levaram professores a inovar com o uso das tecnologias da informação e comunicação, sobrepondo-se a toda dificuldade encontrada no sistema educacional, e aliar as TIC à prática pedagógica, entendendo-as como estruturantes de relações sociais, acreditando nas potencialidades oferecidas pelas TIC ao processo de ensino-apredizagem. Em vista disso, selecionamos três profissionais da rede pública de ensino de Salvador, para compreender as concepções desses professores, como se posicionaram diante desta inovação, e através de entrevistas semi-estruturadas, obter informações acerca dos processos de inserção das TIC na sala de aula, e das dificuldades encontradas, bem como o que mudou a partir dessa nova dinâmica. Foi possível perceber que os projetos desenvolvidos pelos professores evidenciam algumas das potencialidades desses espaços para a troca de informações e experiências, para o incentivo ao desenvolvimento de atividades colaborativas, de forma que os participantes construam coletivamente o conhecimento. Verifica-se que os professores inovaram com o uso das TIC, ultrapassando os muros da escola, tornando a aprendizagem mais flexível no tempo e no espaço, sintonizados com as transformações sociais e com o aprendiz do século XXI.

ABSTRACT The objective of this research was to understand the processes that led teachers to innovate with the use of information technology and communication, superseding any difficulty in the educational system, and combine ICT teaching practices, understood as the structuring of social relations believing in the potential offered by ICT to the teaching-apredizagem. As a result, we selected three professionals in the public teaching of the Savior, to understand the views of these teachers, as if positioned in front of this innovation, and through semi-structured information about the processes of integration of ICT in the classroom , and the difficulties encountered and what has changed from this new dynamic. It was possible to see that the projects developed by teachers has some of the potential of these spaces for the exchange of information and experiences, fostering the development of collaborative activities, so that participants build knowledge collectively. It appears that teachers innovated the use of ICT beyond the school walls, making learning more flexible in time and space, in tune with the social changes and the apprentice of the century.
