Caminhos para a implementação da proposta curricular em ciclo de formação humana na rede de educação municipal de Irecê.

Abstract

Este projeto de intervenção tem por objetivo apreender os desafios da implantação da Proposta Curricular de Irecê organizada em Ciclo de Formação Humana na escola piloto Tenente Wilson no ano de 2017 e apontar os caminhos possíveis para a implementação desta proposta em todas as escolas da Rede Municipal da Educação de Irecê. Como resultado de uma pesquisa fenomenológica realizada na Escola Municipal Tenente Marques Moitinho, este trabalho possibilitou-nos apreender os principais desafios para a implementação da Proposta Curricular em Ciclos de Formação Humana construída em 2011 pela primeira Turma de Especialização em Currículo Escolar ministrada pela Universidade Federal da Bahia - UFBA. Organizamos o trabalho em três partes: Na primeira discorremos sobre a história da Educação de Irecê fazendo um recorte histórico da Avante a UFBA, na segunda parte identificamos os caminhos que levaram a Rede Municipal a optar por uma proposta de Ciclo de Formação e na terceira parte apresentamos o espaço da pesquisa, seus atores e a dinâmica do fazer curricular no chão da escola sendo estas especificidades inspiradoras para o desenvolvimento das Propostas para a construção das Intervenções sustentadas nos diálogos estabelecidos e nas contribuições de Arroyo (1999, 2000 e 2012), Aguiar (2009) Burnham (1993), Mainardes (2006), Gallo (1999) e demais autores pesquisadores da temática em discussão. Metodologicamente optamos pela abordagem qualitativa fenomenológica com investigação e análise dos dados organizados e sistematizados assim: 1. Pesquisa documental que envolveu a análise das Propostas Curriculares de Irecê, o Plano de implementação da Proposta em CFH e os documentos históricos que retratam a Educação de Irecê além dos decretos, índices escolares e legislação e 2. Pesquisa de cunho subjetivo onde realizamos observações, entrevistas, conversas sem roteiro pré-definido e depoimentos dos professores a partir da Roda de conversas com roteiro de entrevista semiestruturado.

SUMMARY This intervention project aims to learn the challenges of implementing the Curriculum Proposal of Irecê organized in the Human Training Cycle at the pilot school Lieutenant Wilson in the year 2017 and to point out possible ways to implement this proposal in all schools of the Municipal Network of Education of Irecê. As a result of a phenomenological research carried out at the Municipal School Tenente Marques Moitinho, this work enabled us to apprehend the main challenges for the implementation of the Curricular Proposal in Human Formation Cycles built in 2011 by the first Specialized Group in School Curriculum given by the Federal University of Bahia - UFBA. We organize the work in three parts: In the first part we talk about the history of Irecê Education making a historical cut from Avante to UFBA, in the second part we identified the paths that led the Municipal Network to opt for a proposal of Training Cycle and in the third part we present the research space, its actors and the dynamics of curriculum making on the school floor. These specific characteristics are the inspiration for the development of the Proposals for the construction of Interventions supported by the established dialogues and the contributions of Arroyo (1999, 2000 and 2012), Aguiar (2009), Burnham (1993), Mainardes (2006), Gallo (1999) and other authors of the subject under discussion. Methodologically we opted for the phenomenological qualitative approach with research and analysis of data organized and systematized as follows: 1. Documentary research that involved the analysis of Irecê's Curricular Proposals, the CFH Proposal Implementation Plan and the historical documents that portray Irecê's Education beyond of the decrees, school indexes and legislation and 2. Subjective research where we make observations, interviews, conversations without pre-defined script and teachers' testimonies from the Conversation Wheel with semi-structured interview script.
