Vitimização sexual nos espaços jurídicos, segundo a percepção dos estudantes de direito (2017)

Abstract

O presente trabalho tem como objetivo analisar a questão da violência sexual em espaços jurídicos como Fóruns, Tribunais, Universidades, escritórios e ambientes de estágio, numa perspectiva fora dos padrões, que é a do estudante de direito, muitas vezes a própria vítima. O objetivo da análise é expor a percepção dos estudantes de direito, para isto realizou-se um questionário, estudos através de pesquisa bibliográfica e aplicação dos ensinamentos penais. Trata-se de investigar a incidência da agressão sexual no judiciário como problema que afeta mulheres e também muitos homens. Entretanto, a discussão do tema não é proporcional à quantidade de casos que acontecem diariamente, desta forma, a pesquisa não deixa de ser uma contribuição à academia.

The objective of this study is to analyze the issue of sexual violence in juridical spaces such as Forums, Courts, Universities, offices and internships, from a non standard perspective, which is that of the student of law, often the victim herself. The objective of the analysis is to expose the students' perception of law, to issue a questionnaire, studies through bibliographic research and application of criminal teachings. This is to investigate the incidence of sexual assault in the judiciary as a problem that affects women as well as many men. However, the discussion of the theme is not proportional to the number of cases that occur daily, in this way, research is still a contribution to the academy.
