Inserção de pessoas trans na Faculdade de Direito da UFBA: avalição pela relação movimento(s) e Instituição

Abstract

O presente trabalho se debruça na estruturação da FDUFBA, nos aspectos da inserção de pessoas trans. Para tanto, busca analisar a relação entre esta instituição universitária com o(s) movimento(s)/ativimo(s) trans e reivindicações levantadas pelas pessoas trans. Intenta, também, estabelecer breve comparativo com a realidade apresentada pela FDUFBA e a Faculdade de Direito da UFRGS, somente no que atine à relação entre instituição “Faculdade de Direito” e movimento(s)/ativimo(s) trans. O trabalho se desenvolve trazendo abordagens sobre identidade cultural de um sujeito pós-moderno; identidade de gênero na sua crítica à premissa binária de correspondência entre sexo e gênero; apagamento identitário e epistemicídio; novos movimentos sociais e suas configurações; breve histórico do(s) movimento(s) trans. Com a finalização das questões teóricas, possibilita-se a análise a partir dos dados qualitativos coletados nas entrevistas semi-diretivas com pessoas trans que integram o corpo discente de graduação da UFBA. A pesquisa permite concluir que não são atentidas reivindicações da luta trans pela FDUFBA, bem como percebe não existir relação entre instituição e movimento(s)/ativismo(s) trans.

The present paper focuses on the structuring of the FDUFBA in the aspects of the insertion of trans people. In order to do so, it seeks to analyze the relationship between this university institution with the trans movement(s)/activism(s) and claims raised by trans people. It also tries to establish a brief comparison with the reality presented by the FDUFBA and the UFRGS Law School, only in what comes to the relationship between "Law school" institution and trans movement(s)/activism(s). The work is developed bringing approaches on cultural identity of a postmodern subject; gender identity in its critique of the binary premise of sex and gender match; identity erasure and epistemicide; new social movements and their configurations; brief history of the trans movement(s). Ending the theoretical questions, it becomes possible to analyze the qualitative data collected in the semi-directive interviews with trans people part of the UFBA undergraduate student body. The research allows to conclude that there are no claims of the trans struggle attended by the FDUFBA, as well as perceive that there is no relation between institution and trans movement(s)/activism(s).
