As distintas concepções sobre o trabalho no pensamento econômico e social

Abstract

Objetiva-se, por meio desta monografia, iniciar uma investigação acerca das principais e distintas concepções sobre o Trabalho, seja numa perspectiva a respeito da atividade produtiva, do processo de trabalho, ou relativamente ao resultado do trabalho material ou imaterial. Busca-se expandir a compreensão sobre o Trabalho para além das ciências econômicas com a finalidade de alcançar uma maior amplitude acerca da complexa (trans)formação do objeto em destaque, na medida que são inseridas interpretações filosóficas, teológicas, sociológicas, e etimológicas sobre o Trabalho. Diante da agregação de diferentes campos do conhecimento, será apresentado, por um lado, diversas convergências e aproximações de concepções totalmente distintas sobre o Trabalho; por outro lado, o relevante afastamento e, em alguns casos, a ruptura entre tais considerações. Portanto, o presente estudo possui um caráter eminentemente teórico e abstrato a respeito do objeto em função da tentativa de contrapor diversas reflexões na busca por uma compreensão plural e avançada sobre o Trabalho.

The purpose through out this monograph, is to initiate an investigation on the main and distinct conceptions of work, either on a perspective of the productive activity, of the working process, or of the outcome of the material or immaterial labor. It seeks to expand the understanding of the work beyond the economic sciences in order to achieve a greater extent about the complex (trans)formation of the highlighted object, as philosophical, theological, sociological and etymological interpretations are inserted on the topic. Given the aggregation of different fields of knowledge, it presents, on the one hand, many convergences and approximation of totally different conceptions about work; on the other hand, the relevant spacing and, in some cases, the disruption between such considerations. Therefore, this study has an eminently theoretical and abstract character about the object due to the attempt to counteract various reflections in the search for a plural and advanced understanding of work.
