Resumo:
The purpose of this work is to systematize knowledge obtained from my professional practices and the work methodology I have developed, in order to contribute to the exchange of experiences of cultural production in different contexts and issues related to the art of producing in the Bahian cultural scene. I propose a transition between doing and thinking about cultural production in the performing arts as a way of revitalizing the field of knowledge worked on in academia and bringing the knowledge obtained in academia to my future practices in a more critical way that is more involved with the social fabric. Based on a documentary analysis of processes experienced in productions under my responsibility between 2003 and 2016, in which I select shows and projects that present a diversity of contexts and audiences served, I highlight the power of processes, interdisciplinary relationships, and the importance of networks and sharing. I propose greater rapprochement and exchange between cultural producers, and between them and the processes of scenic creation, capable of revealing creative strategies, opportunities, and pointing out different paths for each production. As a parameter for the research that resulted in this work, I adopt autoethnography as a procedure for documentary research and case studies.
