Resumen:
Seeking to integrate the set of studies on the transformations observed in the World of Labor over the last decades, this research aims to identify the effects of outsourcing and the uberization of work on the quality of social indicators of work in Brazil. Adopting as a starting point the concepts (1) of work in Brazil, (2) of social indicators and (3) of quality of social indicators of work, it weaves a relationship between outsourcing and the uberization of work and national public statistics, which affect the numbers and facts through which the reality experienced by workers in the country is analyzed. Based on current legislation and without neglecting the structural difficulties of the interaction between capital and labor, it points out possible paths to be adopted in order to mitigate the politically undesirable effects of these two forms of work force management on the Brazilian social indicators of work.
