Abstract:
It discusses the proposal of modeling a column about rights and citizenship for the Cabula Community-Based Tourism Portal (TBC Portal). The construction of the technological solution began with immersion in the context of the research, in the theoretical contents relating to digital technology, in legislation regarding citizens' rights and public policies, as well as in the epistemological principles that supported the modeling of the column, under in the form of a Blog, entitled “Law and Citizenship tips”, within the virtual environment of the TBC Portal. The research problem emerged from the analyzed context and started from the following question: “How to contribute to the access to rights and citizenship within the populations of the former
Cabula quilombo, with the use of technological mediation?”. Thus, to respond to this problem, the general objective was outlined: “Build the modeling of a column to the TBC Portal concerning rights and citizenship in the virtual environment, which enables mediation and interaction with the communities of the former quilombo of Cabula about demands of this nature”. In this guideline, to achieve the objective of this research, three specific objectives were generated, namely: a) Survey the context and conditions of the communities in the location of the former quilombo of Cabula; b) Develop the conceptual articulation of the basic concepts relating to law, citizenship, digital communication and information technology, and
the nature of the column to be modeled; c) Organize the cognitive modeling of the technological solution in question within the virtual environment of the TBC Portal. The achievement of these objectives and the analysis of information collected in the empirical field were possible thanks to the Design-Based Research (DBR) methodology, in a praxeological, socio-interactionist, and edu-communicative approach, which brings together the advantages of qualitative and quantitative research, in search of problem-solving found in a given social context. The bibliographic review was based on authors such as Lev Vygotsky; Alfredo Matta; Edvaldo Boaventura; Paula Francisca da Silva; T. Plomp; N. Nieveen; E. Nonato; Antonio Gramsci;
Jordi Tura; and Ivana da Silva Souza, among others. As instruments for data collection, in face-to-face meetings, a questionnaire was applied in conversation circles, which were fundamental both for modeling the solution to the problem raised and for applying and refining the Blog, carried out in two iterative cycles and contributed by the participating community, in a relationship between theoretical knowledge and practical experience, typical of the applied research.
