Resumo:
This study aimed to develop an Assessment Model for Innovative Projects, undertaking socially based on the actions of the Portal da Inovação e Qualidade – InQ.Ifba with Collaborative Learning, at the Instituto Federal da Bahia – Brazil. For the conceptual basis in the arguments developed throughout the investigation, thinking about the parameterization of themes, a documentary research was initially carried out in the Oslo Manual, an international document, and in national documents: Information Society in Brazil – The Green Book, White Book: Technology and Innovation and in the Blue Book of the 4th National Conference on Science, Technology and Innovation for Sustainable Development. Other theorists on the topic (Drucker, Kotler and Bes); Social Entrepreneurship (Lacerda and Oliveira, Yunus), and Collaborative Learning (Derry, Irala and Torres, Lopes da Silva and Sá), were also studied. The research was classified as applied and carried out with a quantitative and qualitative approach, with a participant, bibliographic, descriptive and documentary typology, supported by temporal directionality, with a retrospective (GROUP A) and prospective (GROUP B and C) cohort study. For data collection, the ARCS Motivation scale (Keller) was used: Attention, Relevance, Confidence and Satisfaction, and, for this investigation, Management was included in the studies. The universe included the Instituto Federal da Bahia (IFBA), Campus Vitória da Conquista, and the sample consisted of managers responding to the Portal da Inovação e Qualidade – InQ.Ifba. The culmination of the research pointed to the presentation of an “Innovative Project Assessment Model (MAPI)” made possible by the perception of the “Individual Learning Multiplier”, based on the parameterization of the themes: Innovation, Social Entrepreneurship and Collaborative Learning.
