Resumo:
The discussion about different perspectives of discourse approach shows us not only their divergences, but also the points of convergence and dialogue, which we understand to be of fundamental importance for the understanding that the different lines should not be evaluated comparatively. In reality, each one of them meets certain research objectives and, above all, they all have positive and negative points, they all have their strengths and weaknesses. What our experience has shown is that the points of dialogue, notably between Dialogical Discourse Analysis and Critical Discourse Studies, are more pertinent and relevant than points of divergence.
Certified in the CNPq Directory of Research Groups in Brazil in August 2017, the Margens e Entrelinhas Group (GME) has been promoting monthly discussions among its members, who also publish their respective works in various national and international academic events and in specialized journals.
The GME has the structure and support of the Institute of Letters of the Federal University of Bahia. In addition, students of the group count and have counted, in their work in scientific initiation or postgraduate studies, with scholarships from UFBA, Fapesb and CNPq. In this sense, giving birth to this book, at this moment of attacks on research in the Human Sciences, is an act of persistence, so that memory does not liquefy, and of resistance.
