Resumo:
The executive secretarial professional currently is considered as a multidisciplinary
professional present in the most diverse associations. Considering the knowledge obtained
from the analysis of competencies in recruitment, this work has as a general objective identify
the requirements of the vacancies offered to the professionals of Executive Secretariat in the
globalized market on the LinkedIn platform. As specific objectives, this paper seeks to map
vacancies offered to the professional of Executive Secretariat, (b) to identify, and to compare
the competencies required on LinkedIn by companies, in addition to (c) to identify which
nomenclatures are being used for the Executive Secretary. Based on this knowledge, it is
understood that there will be gains in terms of the possibility that Secretaries may update
themselves, making them more competitive in the international market. This work has an
applied nature and a descriptive approach making use of the mixed methodology that consists
of qualitative and quantitative study through documentary analysis. The results indicate that
the executive secretarial professional is known by the market for the secretary's terminology
and has the necessary ones, such as agenda control, organization, management, and service to
