O material tem o intuito de dar suporte ao componente curricular de mesmo nome, promovido pela Licenciatura em Teatro da Universidade Federal da Bahia.
Abstract:	The discipline “Theater and Performance” seeks to bring together a set of practices, processes, debates, disputes and conceptual tools around the poetics and politics of Performance, considering its relations with the field of Theater, especially Theater Education. The material is intended to support the curricular component of the same name, promoted by the Degree in Theater at the Federal University of Bahia.
