Abstract

This live is part of the Information Records project: dialogues between Librarianship, Archival Science and Information Science; coordinated by the Superintendent of the University Library System (SIBI) /UFBA, professor Ivana Borges Lins, in partnership with the Information Science Institute (ICI) /UFBA. Prof. Dr. Natanael Vitor Sobral (ICI/UFBA) interviewed the entrepreneurial librarian and Master in Information Science (CI), Rafael de Barros Marinho. The interviewee shows the theme as new paths in the field of IC. He exposed his experiences with entrepreneurship that began in academic life, offering services in the area of ​​standardization of academic work. He highlighted his work as an Information Architect where he uses information in its broadest sense. Ms. Rafael Marinho presented her book ''Digital Business'' where she presents entrepreneurial practices and tools for the development of products and services. He gave examples of action spaces for entrepreneurial librarians, such as: General Data Protection Law (LGPD), consulting for companies, information architecture, curation, digital marketing, among others.
