A experiência no Estágio Supervisionado em Psicologia Clínica com Orientação Psicanalítica na UFBA

Abstract

Esta é uma pesquisa qualitativa, referenciada na teoria psicanalítica. Tem como objetivos: (1) Analisar o conteúdo da produção de literatura sobre a prática de estágio supervisionado em psicologia clínica, com orientação psicanalítica, e refletir acerca de suas dificuldades e desafios; (2) Identificar as contribuições da experiência do estágio clínico para a formação profissional do discente; (3) Identificar as manifestações sintomáticas que, porventura, ocorrem no decorrer da prática de discentes no estágio em psicologia clínica; (4) Investigar as estratégias dos estagiários para lidar com suas dificuldades e sintomas na prática de estágio; (5) Identificar como os discentes estagiários se percebem no que diz respeito à saúde e doença. Realizou-se inicialmente uma revisão de literatura sistemática de artigos publicados sobre o tema, nas bases de dados Scielo, BVS-Psi e Portal de Periódicos CAPES, visando mapear a produção do conhecimento acerca da experiência de estágio supervisionado em psicologia clínica com orientação psicanalítica. A pesquisa foi realizada através de entrevistas semiestruturadas com 12 estagiários (seis mulheres e seis homens) da Clínica-Escola do Curso de Psicologia da UFBA no último ano da graduação em Salvador - Bahia. A análise das entrevistas permitiu perceber que, no decorrer da prática clínica, os estagiários vão dando-se conta que a experiência clínica é dinâmica e segue o ritmo e a particularidade de cada caso. Ficou evidente que os estagiários consideram que a prática no estágio clínico tem contribuído na sua formação acadêmica, na medida em que possibilita vivenciar, no contato com os pacientes, a responsabilidade pelo ato clínico e seus efeitos. o estagiário conduzir o processo e manejar os seus efeitos tanto nos pacientes como em si mesmo. Constatou-se que conduzir um processo terapêutico pelo estagiário é desafiador e pode lhe afetar, verificando-se que só se torna possível enfrentar essa situação a partir do tripé ‘supervisão, teoria e análise’.

This is a qualitative research, referenced in psychoanalytic theory. Its objectives are: (1) Analyze the content of the production of literature on the traineeship of supervised practice in clinical psychology, with psychoanalytic guidance, and reflect on its difficulties and challenges; (2) Identify the contributions of the clinical traineeship experience to the professional formation of the student; (3) Identify the symptomatic manifestations that may occur during the practice of students in the clinical psychology traineeship; (4) Investigate the trainees' strategies to deal with their difficulties and symptoms in internship practice; (5) Identify how trainee students perceive themselves as regards health and disease. It’s a qualitative research, carried out through semi-structured interviews with 12 trainees (six women and six men) from the School Clinic of the UFBA Psychology Course in the last year of graduation in Salvador - Bahia. It is noticed that in the course of the clinical practice the trainees are realizing that the clinical experience is dynamic and follows the rhythm and the particularity of each case. It was evident that the trainees consider that the practice in the clinical stage has contributed in their academic formation, in that it makes possible to experience in the contact with the patients the responsibility for the clinical act and its effects. It was possible to verify how much it is necessary the theoretical and technical knowledge about the dynamics of the transference in the analytical device for the trainee to conduct the process and manage its effects both in the patients as in itself. It has been found that conducting a therapeutic process by the trainees is challenging and can affect them, and it's possible to tackle this situation using the psychoanalytic tripod, 'supervision, theory and analysis'.
