With this purpose several techniques and materials can be used, among them it can be cited bone graft and biomaterials. The aim of the present paper is to present a surgical treatment of zygomatic-orbital fracture sequel using autogenous graft of iliac crest and titanium mesh, to improve the repositioning of ocular globe and bone edges.
