This dissertation made a diagnosis of the perceptions and expectations of educational managers and commanders of operational units of the organic CPRC-BTS of the PMBA, about continuing education and its importance for the process of technical-operational training of the military police officers allocated in the aforementioned policing region. Fulfilling the specific objectives of this work, the education model used for the training of military police officers was identified in the aforementioned regional command, as well as identifying gaps and/or problems faced by the PMBA for the implementation of the training of the aforementioned operational personnel. Methodologically, this is a qualitative, descriptive and exploratory research, in which interviews were conducted with key actors, in addition to examining the legislation and documents available in the PMBA archives concerning the planning of educational actions for the technical-operational training of military police officers assigned to the in territorial units of area. From the analysis of the set of results, gaps and problems faced by PMBA were identified for the implementation of the qualification activity of its need to replan the Corporation's annual course schedule, reformulate service schedules and improve the application of resources financial resources made available to fund educational activities; lack of instructors and insufficient logistical and teaching resources. Thus, it was concluded that the implementation of an institutional plan of permanent education for the personnel allocated in territorial units in the area of the Bay of All Saints Region will provide an improvement in operational actions.
