Resumo:
This work aims to develop an interactive dashboard for academic management with key indicators of the Process Control and Automation Engineering at UFBA to support the Collegiate's decision making. Data was processed using the Python programming language integrated with Power BI®, a software used for visual representation of information. The dashboard enables the examination of curricular courses that have a strong dependence on suggested prerequisites in the curriculum, measuring the approval and failure rates concerning the anticipation or delay in course enrollments, and observe these relationships per semester. Furthermore, it allows the analysis of individual student performance and provides support for academic planning based on course recommendations. The Academic Dashboard CCECA is a tool that follows the best practices of a user-friendly interface and can be updated with new data semester by semester, adding value to the analyses and information that can be extracted from it.
