dc.description.abstractChronic kidney failure and the dependence on hemodialysis for life maintenance cause significant changes in the lifestyle of patients. These alterations indicate a transition process of health/disease and require from health professionals the development of caring strategies which fulfil the specific needs of those patients. Thus, it is necessary the development of tools to subsidize the caring practice of nurses. CIPE® is a complex tool which represents nursing domain and figures as an information technology that subsidize clinical thought for decision making and for reporting caring practice. Objective: to develop CIPE® nursing diagnoses for patients with chronic kidney disease based on the Theory of Transitions. Methods: Methodological study, of the descriptive type, carried out in four stages: 1) term extraction; 2) crossed mapping; 3) Elaboration of nursing diagnosis with operational definitions. 4) validation by consensus. Development and organization of Nursing Diagnoses were based on the Theory of Transitions. Diagnoses were categorized as the used theoretical model, according to Personal Dimension in its subthemes: meaning, attitudes and cultural beliefs, socioeconomic level, preparation and knowledge; and to Social and Collective Dimensions. Results: 1.001 terms were extracted. After standardization process and validation by consensus, 211 terms were left. Through crossed mapping, we identified 77 terms which are reported in CIPE 2019® and 134 terms that are not reported in CIPE® 2019. From these latter, 41 were classified as similar, 2 as more extensive, 16 more restrict and 75 without concordance. In this stage, it was possible to make a data base of nursing language. From this data base, we developed 71 nursing diagnoses and their respective operational definitions based on CIPE® and on ISO 18.104, which were submitted to a new crossed mapping using pre-standardized terms of CIPE®, which were submitted to a process of validation by consensus, resulting in 26 validated nursing diagnoses. Conclusion: the study identified and validated a database of terms of nursing language related to the process of transition health/disease of chronical kidney patients, and developed Nursing Diagnoses based on the Theory of Transitions, which provided a better understanding of clinical conditions of chronical kidney patients in different moments of the transition, besides allowing nurses to report the nursing process. dc.description.resumoO adoecimento renal crônico e a dependência da hemodiálise para manutenção da vida provocam alterações significativas no estilo e modo de viver dos pacientes. Essas mudanças caracterizam um processo de transição saúde/doença que requer dos profissionais de saúde o desenvolvimento de estratégias, de cuidados que atendam às necessidades específicas desses pacientes. Assim, torna-se necessário o desenvolvimento de ferramentas que subsidiem a prática assistencial da enfermeira. A CIPE® é uma ferramenta complexa que representa o domínio da enfermagem e configura-se como uma tecnologia de informação que subsidia o raciocínio clínico para tomada de decisões e documentação da prática assistência. Objetivo: Desenvolver diagnósticos de enfermagem CIPE® para pacientes com doença renal crônica ancorados na Teoria das Transições. Método: Estudo metodológico, do tipo descritivo, desenvolvido em quatro etapas: 1) Extração de termos; 2) Mapeamento cruzado; 3) Elaboração de Diagnósticos de Enfermagem com respectivas definições operacionais e, 4) Validação por consenso. A elaboração e organização dos Diagnósticos de Enfermagem ancoraram-se na Teoria das Transições. Os diagnósticos foram categorizados conforme o modelo teórico proposto, de acordo com a Dimensão Pessoal em seus subtemas: Significado, Atitudes e crenças culturais, Nível socioeconômico, Preparação e conhecimento; e com as Dimensões Comunitária e Social. Resultados: Foram extraídos 1.001 termos. Após o processo de normatização e validação por consenso restaram 211 termos. Durante o mapeamento cruzado foram identificados 77 termos constantes na CIPE® 2019 e 134 termos não constantes na CIPE® 2019. Destes últimos 41 foram classificados como similares, dois mais abrangentes, 16 mais restritos e 75 sem concordância. Nessa etapa foi possível a construção de um banco de termos da linguagem de enfermagem. A partir do banco de termos foram desenvolvidos 71 diagnósticos de enfermagem e respectivas definições operacionais com base na CIPE® e Norma ISO 18.104, que foram submetidos a um novo mapeamento cruzado com os termos pré-coordenados da CIPE®, os quais foram submetidos ao processo de validação por consenso, resultando em 26 diagnósticos de enfermagem validados. Conclusão: O estudo identificou e validou um banco de termos da linguagem de enfermagem relacionado ao processo de transição saúde/doença de pessoas com doença renal crônica, e desenvolveu Diagnósticos de Enfermagem à luz da Teoria das Transições os quais possibilitaram maior compreensão das condições clínicas desses pacientes nos diferentes momentos da transição vivenciada, além de possibilitar às enfermeiras documentarem o processo de enfermagem.
