metadata.dc.description.resumo: O presente texto constitui-se como uma possibilidade de relacionar informação, memória e esquecimento no contexto das Tecnologias de Informação e Comunicação. Aborda o aspecto da preservação/conservação da informação em tempos de Internet e o seu lugar no contexto dos lugares de memória, bem como as ações de contra-esquecimento, necessárias para a garantia da memória social. Apresenta, ainda, a Inteligência Artificial e o seu lugar no processo de recuperação da informação a partir dos algoritmos. Trata-se de um estudo baseado em uma revisão de literatura, onde se tornou possível revisitar alguns autores de referência no campo da proposta temática em pauta
Abstract: This text constitutes a possibility of relating information, memory and forgetfulness in the context of Information and Communication Technologies. It addresses the aspect of preservation / conservation of information in times of the Internet and its place in the context of places of memory, as well as counter-forgetting actions, necessary for the guarantee of social memory. It also presents Artificial Intelligence and its place in the process of information retrieval from the algorithms. It is a study based on a theoretical perspective where it became possible to revisit some authors of reference in the field of the thematic proposal in question
