A prática de coaching em instituições educacionais de ensino superior e sua aplicabilidade no desenvolvimento dos discentes no mercado de trabalho

Abstract

The present study it analyzes the work of continuous professional accompaniment, through the development of coaching university to the learning in the institutions of superior education, of the private segment, and if this brought changes in the professional performance of the pupils. These are characterized and analyzed the perceptions on the perceived results of the application of the Coaching Program, beyond characterizing the support given for the IES to the development of the pupil in the work market. The study of multicases carried through it encloses 150 students of the cited Institutions of Ensino Superior (IES). In this it is evident that the content of the “Program of Coaching “composes is an important base for the understanding of the work market and professional growth of the pupil. However, the study of multiple case of the studied IES it presents insufficience in the development of the Coaching Program. In Helium Rock, first IES to implement the university Coaching in Salvador, it possesss infrastructure lacks, however, for the time that develops the program, it possesss resulted significant for the student staff. With the Loved Jorge the problem infrastructure already does not proceed, however not yet it presents resulted positive for the student staff, data the little time of existence of the program. Area 1, the IES is the one that better if fits in such a way in the infrastructure aspects, how much in the recognition of the student staff, but not yet if it can measure the implications of the program in the professional development of the pupil for the inexistence of return data, for the little time that applies the Coaching.
