RESTAURAÇÃO DO SOBRADO 559 RUA DA ESTRELA – CENTRO HISTÓRICO DE SÃO LUÍS- MA

Abstract

Este trabalho lança um olhar crítico sobre o atual aspecto encontrado sobre o Sobrado 559, localizado na Rua da Estrela, edificação que compõe o acervo histórico e arquitetônico do bairro do Centro Histórico da cidade de São Luís – MA. Busca realizar uma pesquisa histórica, cronológica, construtiva, ambiental para analisar criticamente o delicado estado em que se encontra, os danos apresentados e as possíveis soluções de restauro das suas lesões, a fim de lhe proporcionar um novo uso, dando-lhe dignidade e significância ao reintegrá-lo novamente à comunidade, garantindo, a partir, do uso, uma maior durabilidade e possibilidade de estender sua continuidade a novas gerações, eternizando a memória local e parte da história mundial.

This project takes a critical look at the current appearance found on Sobrado 559, located in Rua da Estrela, a building that composes the historical and architectural heritage of the historical center of the city of São Luís - MA. It seeks to carry out a historical, chronological, constructive, environmental research to critically analyze the delicate state in which it is, the damages presented and the possible solutions of restoration of its lesions, in order to provide a new use, giving it dignity and significance by reintegrating it back into the community, guaranteeing, from the use, greater durability and possibility of extending its continuity to new generations,perpetuating the local memory and part of world history.
