A formação clínica de graduandos de psicologia: contribuições da psicanálise

Abstract

Esta pesquisa pretende analisar o percurso formativo em psicologia clínica de estudantes orientados pela psicanálise, com o subsídio teórico da teoria lacaniana dos quatro discursos. Este trabalho realiza uma leitura dos discursos lacanianos como operadores na clínica, discute as formas de transmissão possíveis da psicanálise na universidade, e problematiza como a talking cure perde lugar, na contemporaneidade, para tratamentos medicamentosos, acarretando uma desvalorização da clínica da escuta e a consequente perda da influência do registro temporal na vida dos sujeitos. A psicanálise, método clínico que usa a linguagem como recurso para a cura dos sintomas, seria uma alternativa ao processo de embotamento do mal-estar dos sujeitos através de medicamentos psicotrópicos ou da promessa de bem-estar das psicologias. Foram realizadas entrevistas aprofundadas com estagiários(as) e egressos(as) recém-graduados(as) que participaram do estágio clínico com supervisão psicanalítica em contextos distintos. Verifica-se, nesta pesquisa, como os(as) estagiários(as) conduzem os atendimentos orientados pelos princípios éticos da psicanálise freudo-lacaniana, assim como os impasses que surgem da experiência prática, frente aos pacientes e às equipes multiprofissionais. O acesso ao discurso analítico, acompanhado de sua especificidade ética e política, contribui para a condução clínica dos formandos e para sua consequente formação em psicologia.

This research seeks to analyze the formative course in clinical psychology of students oriented by psychoanalysis anchored in the Lacanian theory of the four discourses. This paper read the Lacanian discourses as operators in the clinic, discusses the possible forms of transmission of psychoanalysis in the university, and problematizes how the talking cure, in the modern days, has lost its place for medicated treatment, leading to the depreciation of the clinic of listening and consequently to the loss of the influence of temporal register in the life of the subjects. Psychoanalysis, a clinical method that uses language as a resource to cure the symptoms, would be an alternative to the use of psychotropic medication on the process of blunting the discomfort of the subjects, or to the promise of well-being of the psychologies. In-depth interviews were conducted with trainees and graduates who participated in the clinical stage with psychoanalytic supervision in different contexts. This research shows how the trainees conduct the consultations under guidance of ethical principles of Freudo-Lacanian psychoanalysis, as well as the impasses that arise from practical experience in front of patients and multiprofessional teams. The access to analytical discourse, along with its ethical and political specificity, contributes to the clinical conduct of the trainees and their consequent training in psychology.
