| metadata.dc.description.resumo: | O artigo apresenta ao leitor análises dos últimos 16 anos de gastos públicos no Brasil. O principal objetivo do trabalho é demonstrar a transição governamental do neoliberalismo para o social-liberalismo. Para tanto, utiliza-se a análise das políticas públicas para verificar se a distribuição dos gastos se adequa ou não ao conceito teórico social-liberal. A conclusão é que o Brasil de fato vivenciou uma transição, mas, ao final, isso não representou nenhuma conquista permanente para as classes subalternas. |
| Abstract: | The article brings to the reader analyzes of the last 16 years of public spending in Brazil. The mainly objective of the work is to demonstrate the government transition from neoliberalism to social-liberalism. To achieve that is used the public policies expenses to see how the distribution of the expenditure fit or not to the social-liberal theoretical concept. The conclusion is that Brazil really experienced a transition but, in the end, these did not means any permanent achievement to the subaltern classes. |
