Resumo:
The purpose of this article is to analyze Lenin’s formulations for the development of the Soviet Union immediately after the consolidation of the Bolshevik power. We discuss that Lenin, based in concepts of transition to the socialism and socialist accumulation, and considering the historical and structural elements inherent to late Russia, opts for mercantile-capitalist economic development solutions, which, contradictorily, compose a coherent model with socialist fundamentals.
