Based on research conducted by the Center for Studies and Social Action, this report presents, in a straightforward manner and without extensive analysis, the findings of the investigation carried out by its authors regarding the socio-environmental problems in the Pardo River basin, especially in its middle section in southwestern Bahia and its upper section in northern Minas Gerais.
