The use of medicinal plants is part of the culture of many peoples and is increasingly present in daily life as a way to promote health and self-care. These natural resources, when used consciously and safely, can help relieve mild symptoms and prevent diseases. Plants such as chamomile, fennel, mint, and boldo are widely known and used to treat digestive disorders, insomnia, cramps, and anxiety.
