Resumo:
Medicinal plants offer natural treatments that are often less aggressive than conventional medications, which can cause unwanted side effects. In many regions, these plants are easily accessible and can be grown at home, making treatment more affordable. Additionally, many medicinal plants are effective in treating a wide range of conditions, including digestive disorders, pain, and respiratory problems. Their use also encourages self-care and a deeper connection with nature, as cultivating and utilizing these plants fosters greater awareness of personal well-being and the surrounding environment.
