Resumo:
Despite the increasing digitalization of information, many of the current notes are still manual, either due to the cost involved in integration or the characteristics of the desired information. The manual input system, the subject of this work, is a fundamental part of several management systems, including balance sheet closing, monitoring of Production/Process Engineering as well as the real-time energy optimization system (ERTO) of the plant in which has been implemented. The results obtained in this project include: greater reliability and optimization of the operational routine; optimized storage of historical data in IP21/PIMS; possibility of inference and automatic updating of equipment status; greater ergonomics for operation; no more problems with corporate network connection; changes are restricted to operators and the Automation area; and it is possible to modify the value of any variable, individually (per equipment), whenever necessary.
