Resumo:
The nurses working in hospital emergency and emergency care services suffer from overcrowding services and inability to manage the service in order to identify and prioritize those whoneed the most, and not according to the order of arrival. To solve this problem, the Ministry of Health established the National Humanization Policy of the Unified Health System (SUS- PNH), for a humanized assistance. The goal is to analyze the results of scientific production on the accession of nurses to the host technology and to evaluate urgently through risk classification. This is a systematic review of the literature according with Crochane center. Data collection was made with the descriptor host, in the electronic database BDENF, from the Virtual Health Library (VHL), since 2004. Were pre-selected 38 articles that, after the application of the criteria of inclusion and non-inclusion, and, thus constituting the final sample with 10 national and original articles. Using a script consisting of two domains obtained the characterization of production and the themes: the accession of nurses to technology acceptance and assessment with risk rating. The effects of the implementation of the hosting technology and assessment with risk rating in the adhesion of nurses There is evidence from the accession of the nurses, mainly in the classification of the risk of dying as protocols need for more training in AACR and dissemination of PNH- SUS. According to the results of the analyzed productions, is indicated the implementation of the lecture cycle in host and urgency in risk rating, as a contribution to the dissemination of knowledge about the HNP and stimulate new research on the subject.
