Resumo:
This work aimed to disseminate the Intellectual Property area at Bradesco Seguros,
through a conclusive technical report on the protection of corporate brands, which will
subsidize the training of insurance brokers linked to this company on the subject, with
the objective of making that they acquire the necessary know-how to protect their
assets through trademark registration. Its construction was based on five
methodological steps. The first referred to the Systematic Literature Review and
understood the state of the art in relation to existing journals on the subject. The second
dealt with prospecting the INPI, SEBRAE and WIPO portals and mapped legislation
9.279/96 that provides for trademarks in Brazil, as well as courses currently available
on the subject were verified. The third stage examined the jurisprudence bases of the
STF and JusBrasil and identified judgments of companies that litigated for trademark
patents. The fourth stage presented the draft of the conclusive technical report, the
final product generated by this research, and the fifth stage referred to the construction
of the report, in full. As a result, the innovative activity of this project was verified, since
among the 3,446 journals found during the RSL, as well as after mapping the bases of
WIPO and SEBRAE that identified 03 courses available on brands in the market, it was
observed that there are no periodicals or training programs covering this work theme,
aimed at insurance brokers. Based on this survey, it is estimated that Bradesco
Seguros will train the public of 31 thousand entrepreneurs on the subject and that those
who have not yet done so will register their brands with the INPI.
