Resumo:
The present work presents an experience report on Assistance Technique in Housing of Social Interest developed in the Historic Center of Salvador, within the scope of the Residency in Architecture, Urbanism and Engineering – RAU+E from the Federal University of Bahia. Through a case study, the methods and instruments used were analyzed, the ideal, the real and the possible throughout the residency and how the approximation process took place with the communities, not only reporting the performance, but also proposing a study of the constructive potential for the area. This tool can contribute in the future to the studied area. The search has a qualitative approach through observation and research techniques documentary, using students' adaptability as the main instrument and teachers regarding digital tools, interaction with communities, of advisees with advisors (exclusively online) and overcoming of these challenges to at least try to meet the desires of both professionals as well as communities and social movements, directed to conquer decent housing in the face of urban problems in cities Brazilian. It is believed to be able to encourage greater reflection on the RAU+E that constitutes a pioneering proposal encouraging new possibilities for cooperation and exchange of experiences.
