Resumo:
This present article aims to describe and present the research process and the results obtained
during the Professional Master Degree in Music course at the Federal University of Bahia –
PPGPROM. It contains a memorial, an article and a final product, which consists of a violin
and piano recital recorded on December 2, 2021. In the memorial, the musical trajectory of the
mestrans was presented, describing important points that led her to the choice of the predent
theme of this article. They were also the process of construction of the works and stages of
research. The aforementioned article is an investigation into the importance of daily technical
warm-ups for violinists. For this, a bibliographic review on the subject was carried out.The
results show that performing a daily technical warm-up positively influences the rest of the
study and decreases the risk of muscle injuries in violinists.
