Resumo:
This article file a reflection on the university library, while systemic environment that enhances, through its mediation activities, access, use and appropriation of information. It discusses the process of using the communication devices in the social web to provide the creation of new knowledge by the user of the information. In this perspective, the objective is with this theoretical framework article, contextualize the contributions of communication devices of the social web in the development of activities for the construction of knowledge in the university library environment.
