Resumo:
The Open Access Movement to Scientific Information started in 2002 has been expanding its dimensions over time. Aware of the relevance of this theme to the different scientific fields, this research aims to identify the perception of scholarship researchers of research productivity of CNPq, level 1A, of public institutions about open science. The research is characterized as descriptive, with quantitative approach. As for the data collection instrument, we used the questionnaire available in the survey monkey. The sample consisted of 53 researchers from different scientific fields who answered the questionnaire. The results confirm the acceptance of open science practices among the investigated researchers. Regarding the dimensions of open science, researchers reported that they have already used or continue to use “Open Access” and “Scientific Social Networks”. Concerning the reasons that lead researchers to choose open science, there is a concern in “Promoting open access to scientific data and publications” and “Preserving, valuing and sharing scientific production”.
