Resumo:
This essay seeks to reflect on the relationship between Political Administration and the rise
of entrepreneurship in the light of small dental offices, considering the modification of the concept
of entrepreneurship over time. As a result of this research, it is found that in the neoliberal context of the 21st century, the broad concept of entrepreneurship, embraces any business creation,
regardless of being innovative. This concept meets the national project, explicit or not, so that this
discussion falls within the field of Political Administration.
