Resumo:
The objective of the monograph was to analyze the insertion and the trajectory of university students of the Federal University of Bahia who were mothers during adolescence. It was a qualitative research that, based on the concept of intersectionality, knew the strategies of permanence of the university mothers of the UFBA, besides understanding how important the student assistance offered by the PROAE-UFBA for the university mothers, also understood that adolescence has impacted and / or impacted the trajectory of these university mothers. For this purpose, the bibliographic research was carried out in primary and secondary sources to better understand the theme. The interview with the script was delimited as the most suitable for the study of this phenomenon, being carried out three interviews with black university mothers of the Federal University of Bahia, guided by question script. The interviews were transcribed and analyzed considering the objectives delimited for this research. The results show that teenage pregnancy, with a higher incidence in black girls, is a motivation for university insertion, but it is necessary to establish a permanence network, composed mainly of family and student assistance, to avoid evasion of these university mothers. It was concluded that the intersectionality allied to the concept of "new mother", created in the 19th century. XIX, solidified the idea of motherhood as something whose responsibility is linked to the female figure, making it more difficult for black women who perform the task of reconciling it with university and work.
