The objective of this research was to analyze the relationship between professional experience and the Mediation category in the daily work of Social Workers inserted in work processes in the Care Network for people with disabilities within the scope of the SUS in the city of Salvador and metropolitan region . The research has a qualitative nature and the Field Study methodology was used with the application of interviews and documentary and bibliographical sources. Content analysis was used for the treatment of the obtained results and for the interpretations. With the deepening of the debate regarding Mediation through the study carried out here, the results show knowledge that contributes to the "intellectual improvement" of the professional category, resulting in a greater qualification of their professional actions, because, with a more accurate understanding of what is Mediation and its importance for professional performance, the Social Worker best mediates the demands of users. Thus, it is concluded that the relevance given by the Social Worker to professional experience for quality in the exercise of mediation is positive, although there is a gap regarding what mediation is and how it is exercised.; La médiation est une catégorie de la méthode dialectique marxiste (marxienne) qui peut s'expliquer comme un effort ou un exercice de réflexion face à un phénomène de réalité pour que le professionnel, à travers cet effort, puisse comprendre la totalité-particularité du phénomène/sujet (la synthèse entre les relations socio-historiques et le sujet avec sa demande, construction d'une demande médiatisée) dans les processus de travail dans lesquels il s'insère. L'objectif de cette recherche était d'analyser la relation entre l'expérience professionnelle et la catégorie Médiation dans le travail quotidien des travailleurs sociaux insérés dans les processus de travail du réseau d'assistance aux personnes handicapées dans le cadre du SUS de la ville de Salvador et de la région métropolitaine. . La recherche a un caractère qualitatif et la méthodologie de l'étude de terrain a été utilisée avec l'application d'entretiens et de sources documentaires et bibliographiques. L'analyse de contenu a été utilisée pour le traitement des résultats obtenus et pour les interprétations. Avec l'approfondissement du débat sur la Médiation à travers l'étude réalisée ici, les résultats montrent des connaissances qui contribuent à "l'amélioration intellectuelle" de la catégorie professionnelle, se traduisant par une plus grande qualification de leurs actions professionnelles, car, avec une compréhension plus précise de qu'est-ce que la médiation et son importance pour la performance professionnelle, l'assistante sociale arbitre au mieux les demandes des usagers. Ainsi, il est conclu que la pertinence accordée par le travailleur social à l'expérience professionnelle pour la qualité dans l'exercice de la médiation est positive, bien qu'il y ait un écart concernant ce qu'est la médiation et comment elle est exercée. Considering the discussion on domestic violence, this work brings theater as a tool to rethink the operative tools of the instrumentality of social service. A field research was conducted with women associated with GEDEM and one of the conclusions we came to with the study concerns the practice of the social worker. It is possible, evidence shows, to obtain substantial results with helping women in violent situation following the professional ethic code and, proves the importance of the theater as an instrumental way to be used by social service in the approach of women in violence situation. Nesse sentido, busca-se compreender as vivências das mulheres negras no período da escravização e o modo como o racismo e o sexismo conformaram a sociedade brasileira, visto que esse entendimento dá subsídios para a apreensão dessas violências na academia. Foram realizadas entrevistas qualitativas semiestruturadas com quatro mulheres negras estudantes da Universidade Federal da Bahia – UFBA, objetivando a análise dessas e outras opressões que apareceram no decorrer das entrevistas. A partir dos relatos são consideradas as incidências do racismo e do sexismo na universidade, no ambiente escolar, na instituição familiar e na autoimagem de mulheres negras. As resistências e organização política-afetiva foram algumas das estratégias apresentadas por essas estudantes negras, ressaltando a capacidade individual e coletiva de luta no enfrentamento do racismo e do seximo.
