Movimentos formativos contra-hegemônicos na Faculdade de Educação da UFBA: primavera nos dentes.

Abstract

Esta dissertação se caracteriza como um ensaio dissidente, construída no período de 2018 à 2020, entre a eleição de um genocida para a presidência do Brasil, a intensificação das violações dos direitos dos grupos socialmente subalternizados e uma pandemia que já matou mais de 150 mil pessoas. No meio de exposições escancaradas do fascismo, nesse cenário ainda mais obscurantista, esse trabalho, fruto de uma pesquisa qualitativa narrativa de inspiração etnográfica, buscou conhecer alguns dos movimentos formativos contra-hegemônicos construídos pelo Coletivo de Mulheres do LeMarx: Grupo de Estudos Angela Davis, na Faculdade de Educação da UFBA. Para cumprir tal propósito, reconhecendo método como uma pauta política, buscamos o respeito como cuidado na condução de todo o processo, a construção de uma relação de parceria com as participantes, que nos possibilitou aprofundarmos juntas naquilo que nos inquieta, inspira e comove. Nesse intuito, como caminhos metodológicos para esse trabalho, realizamos observações participantes (presenciais e no grupo virtual), entrevistas individuais semiestruturadas, encontros em grupos reflexivos e fizemos uso de um formulário online. Esses dispositivos nos auxiliaram no cumprimento dos objetivos específicos, que foram: conhecer alguns dos movimentos formativos que o Coletivo vem construindo, assim como alguns dos desafios e possibilidades que o coletivo tem encontrado na construção desses movimentos, um pouco dos atravessamentos formativos que contribuíram e contribuem nessa peleja e dos desdobramentos desses movimentos nas vidas das participantes. Após a aprovação do Comitê de Ética, a proposta de pesquisa foi apresentada ao Coletivo. Os trançados investigativos foram construídos inspirados em referências interseccionalmente dissidentes. Numa certa concepção de educação (nada neutra), nos concentramos nas narrativas das participantes, no que foi visto, ouvido e vivido nos encontros. O texto aqui apresentado buscou, a partir do que foi colhido e construído junto ao Coletivo, pensar o Instituído como ponte para o Instituinte insurgente, a Teoria como luta por emancipação interseccionalmente coletiva e sua implicação com uma prática constante, assim como, a difusão de formações interseccionais e desmedicalizantes, por uma identidade coletiva de re-existência. Assumimos o compromisso de retornar à Instituição, ao Coletivo e a Sociedade todo o resultado alcançado, apresentado nos capítulos dessa dissertação. Desejamos, com esse trabalho, contribuir com outros estudos implicados em visibilizar as insurgências coletivas, por acreditarmos na potência delas na construção de outros mundos possíveis. Sementes de rebeldia. Baobás que alimentam as vidas que vieram antes, as desse tempo e as que virão.

ABSTRACT This dissertation is characterized as a dissident essay, built in the period from 2018 to 2020, between the election of a genocide for the presidency of Brazil, the intensification of violations of the rights of socially subordinated groups and a pandemic that has already killed more than 150 thousand people . In the middle of wide-open exhibitions of fascism, in this even more obscurantist scenario, this work, the result of a qualitative narrative research of ethnographic inspiration, sought to discover some of the counter-hegemonic training movements built by the LeMarx Women's Collective: Angela Davis Study Group, Faculty of Education, UFBA. To fulfill this purpose and recognizing the method as a political agenda, we seek respect and care in the conduction of the entire process, building a partnership relation with the participants, which enabled us to deepen together in what concerns, inspires, and moves us. In this sense, as methodological strategies for this paper, we made participant observations (in person and in the virtual group), individual semi-structured interviews, and meetings in reflective groups, and we used an online form. These devices helped us to fulfill the specific objectives of this work, which were: to know some of the training movements that the Collective has been building, as well as some of the challenges and possibilities that the Collective has encountered in the construction of these movements, a little of the training crossings that contributed and still contribute to this struggle and the results of these movements in the lives of the participants. After being approved by the Ethics Committee, the research proposal was presented to the Collective. The investigative paths were inspired by intersectional dissident references. In a certain conception of education (nothing neutral), we focused on the participants' narratives, on what was seen, heard and lived in the meetings. The text presented here sought, based on what was collected and built with the Collective, to think of the Instituted as a bridge for the insurgent Instituting, Theory as a struggle for intersectional collective emancipation and its implication with a constant practice, as well as the diffusion of intersectional and demedicalizing formations, for a collective identity of re-existence. We assumed the commitment to return to the Institution, the Collective and the Society all the result achieved, presented in the chapters of this dissertation. With this work, we hope to contribute to other studies involved in making collective insurgencies visible, as we believe in their potency in the construction of other possible worlds. Seeds of rebellion. Baobabs that feed the lives that came before, those of that time and those that will come.
