Abordagem fenomenológica da seca: experiências de vulnerabilidades e atitudes ambientais no povoado de Cachoeira das Araras, Vitória da Conquista-BA

Abstract

Este trabalho surge por meio das sensações de acolhimento, pertencimento e envolvimento, bem como da tomada de consciência ambiental que envolvem meus laços afetivos com o município de Vitória da Conquista - BA. As inspirações e reflexões iniciais foram ampliadas e amadurecidas a partir do primeiro contato com a obra de Dardel, O homem e a terra: natureza da realidade geográfica (2015). Segui movida pelos segredos que a experiência sensível tinha a me revelar sobre o lugar. Os esforços se concentraram em uma abordagem fenomenológica da seca no povoado de Cachoeira das Araras. Por se tratar de uma análise centrada na dimensão do mundo vivido esta pesquisa oferece subsídios teóricos e metodológicos para o estudo do fenômeno geográfico em situação. Afinal, não se constrói o pensamento tão somente através de metodologias científicas. A construção de ideias não necessita estar necessariamente pautada em fundamentos e premissas dos laboratórios e dos gabinetes para ser significativa e explicativa do real. Conhecimentos de vida, sentimentos despertados na experiência do fenômeno, diferentes olhares sobre a mesma paisagem são capazes de revelar outros ângulos de forma a enriquecer a reflexão e o conhecimento autêntico do objeto. Os esforços deste trabalho se concentraram em descrever as manifestações do fenômeno a partir de situações que se realizaram na imanência do lugar. O objeto de investigação é a experiência consciente do indivíduo que percebe e experiencia a manifestação da seca a partir de uma realidade que habita o cotidiano. Mais do que dividir conteúdos, a intenção foi compartilhar os movimentos do pensar e do agir.

This work arises through the feelings of welcome, belonging and involvement, as well as the environmental awareness that involve my affective ties with the municipality of Vitória da Conquista – BA. The initial inspirations and reflections were enlarged and matured from the first contact with Dardel's work, Man and the Earth: Nature of Geographic Reality (2015). I was moved by the secrets that the sensitive experience had to reveal about the place. The efforts focused on the phenomenology of the landscape and the manifestation of drought in the village of Cachoeira das Araras. Because it is an analysis centered on the dimension of the lived world, this research offers theoretical and methodological subsidies for the study of the geographic phenomenon in situation. After all, thoughts are not solely constructed through scientific methodologies. The construction of ideas need not necessarily be based on the foundations and premises of laboratories and offices to be meaningful and explanatory of the reality. Knowledge of life, feelings aroused in the experience of the phenomenon, different looks on the same landscape are able to reveal other angles in order to enrich the reflection and the authentic knowledge of the object. The efforts of this work focused on describing the manifestations of the phenomenon from situations that occurred in the immanence of the place. The object of investigation is the conscious experience of the individual who perceives and experiences the manifestation of drought from a reality that inhabits the everyday life. More than sharing content, the intention was to share the movements of thinking and acting.
